a path to joy

Anyone who has read all of the preceding blog entries will realize this is a short list of how to put yourself on the path of greater joy. You shine your light and others sense the change in you - and that changes them. The net result raises the vibration of the field in which we co-exist. And this birngs us closer to God, which is synonymous with love.
  • Allow others to be who they are. Allow yourself to be who you are.
  • Cultivate authentic relationships with yourself and others. See God in yourself and the other.
  • Release judgment. Find a way to discharge negative feelings about past experience and current impressions. Look for the learning, good outcome or opportunity.
  • Act on your intuition. It's your first impression of something you saw, felt, experienced.
  • Love yourself. Put yourself first. By taking care of yourself first, you stand powerfully to help others whether it is your spouse, children, parents, friends, co-workers or a stranger.
  • Be present. Participate in the now fully. When someone speaks to you, give them your full attention. When you commit to something, be fully present in it.
  • Live from your heart. Listen to your feelings. What is your feeling about something you are doing, wanting, something happening around you. Follow the best feelings you can in any moment. What brings you the greatest joy? Follow it.
When you focus on the Emotional Guidance Scale in everything you do, you will increase your and the collective vibration. That is what the Ascended Masters have done. It is what we (can) do - with free will, of course!

In the words of Jean Houston, "We are the neurons or the cancer of the planet." You choose!

be a chess master

"The chess master sits at the board. Now this is a metaphor. The board represents the puzzles and realities of life which we are going to call 3D. You live and you walk in the 3D. And the puzzles are based upon gravity, height, width, depth and time. All of these things are your reality and this is how you work. You have got to fit into all of them. And you do. And it’s the chess board of life. And before you make a move, as a chess master, what are you going to do? You are going to evaluate the potential reaction of your move. And there may be five or six of those depending on the puzzle before you: how many people are involved, sitting in a chair, talking to your boss; what is it?

Now the chess master is not done, for he will look at the highest potential of what that might be the reaction and plan the move around that reaction. Now he is up to two moves. He is looking at the potential future of what might happen based on his projections and experience and intuition. He is calling upon an innate ability that not many have - a mind that computes future potentials. Now he is on his third move. What would happen if this took place and that took place, and he moved here and there? What would that cause from those players around him on the puzzle? What might they do? What is the highest potential? What if they did nothing and gave him another potential? What would he do then? He's up to four moves.

Do you see where this is going? You are not a chess master unless you've got five moves ahead. You have got to look at every potential that might occur. And what that opponent, the one who has to interface with you might do. Up to five moves. Can you imagine the brain power it takes for this? And then he moves his piece. The chess master has a certain amount of time to compute that. He does and he sits there. You can watch his brain move, as he looks around the board and examines life.”
He knows the future projection of the choices.

coherence and love

Howard Martin and Rollin McCraty created a presentation, 3 Keys to Increasing Personal & GlobalCoherence. They spoke about a fundamental shift in consciousness that is creating both chaos and advancement, which are aspects of change. Indeed, we are the new stage of social, spiritual and cultural evolution through our participation.

How do we conduct our lives in this time of great change to maintain balance? The three keys are:
  • Moving through the rhythm of resistance (exercising intuition, patience and awareness in the moment)
  • Maintaining a feeling of ease within (navigation technique).
  • Creating a more heart-based world (living your interconnectedness with all things).
Dr. Franz Halberg, the originator of the term circadian rhythm, known around the world for his study of the relationship between the body's time structure and health, stated “...invisible magnetic influences emanating from the sun and earth affect life from birth to death.” The Institute of HeartMath conducts research that demonstrates this and much greater interconnectedness!

At the beginning and end of each day, ask yourself, “How can I contribute more?” More care inspires and reassures us of our value and role. A single act of caring may be the stimulus for another to help a third person create game changers on the world scene, so make a difference every day.

Each person matters!

the soup of being

Each of us sloughs off skin cells. They may hit the ground, lay on the bed, adhere to our clothes. If they are on the bed maybe they fall on the floor as the bed is made. They are vacuumed up. You walk out the door and there are some on your shoes. They fall off your body as you move through your day. You take a shower and cells go down the drain into the sewer or septic system and eventually into the ground; reclaimed water. Eventually, all those sloughed off skin cells get back into the earth. Imagine 7 billion people sloughing off skin cells every day and all those cells eventually returning to the earth...the soup of beingness. This is one way in which the microcosm co-mingles with the macrocosm!

When you drive your car among other traffic, this observer perceives a plethora of individual thoughts about food, feelings, driving information, family concerns, business activities and other goals surrounded by an orderly flow of physical movement. Traffic lights change, drivers scan their environment and all manner of vehicles and individuals navigate their paths without injury. This is the human equivalent to a flock of birds moving as one. This observer also notes more subliminal vibrational influences on each driver: audio, visual, emotional, microwave, electromagnetic and others not measurable by current instrumentation. So, a busy intersection is a confluence of many energies, a soup of sorts in which we all participate and navigate while experiencing energies of interaction.

The point is that we exist in a soup of beingness in which we tend to focus on the physical. It is the non-physical that gives rise to the physical experience. Science is showing us again and again that emotions underlie most physical maladies. The point here is that emotions are the key player in life. What we feel is expressed in the soup, and sensed most strongly by whatever or whoever is proximal.

Every reader has had an experience known as a "gut feel" about another person, situation or decision. You could not  explain what you sensed, but you had a certainty about the action you should take. You were sensing something in the environment of that event that resonated or interfered with your energy field. This experience can be referred to as an intuition. Maybe you sensed something in a person's tone or you read something in their body language or you had a strong feeling about the words that were used in a conversation. This is the push/pull of the soup, the subliminal physics of interaction.

It is glorious!

Live in the moment; pay attention to your environment whether you are in the great outdoors or a business meeting. There is so much energy interacting all the time. There are sounds, sights, fragrances and other frequencies of the spectrum that you take for granted, that you relegate to the background, and they all contribute (connect) you to your experiences.

The next time you go out in the early morning air, take a few slow deep breaths and feel every cell in your body awaken with inflowing oxygen of those breaths. You feel refreshed with this experience. It makes a difference in how you start your day because you appreciate the improvement. And that is just the beginning of a day of paying attention....living in the moment....being present in your now.

If you asked a long lived person who truly appreciates life, what makes life so special, they would tell you it is a lot of little things that involve paying attention. The greatest gift you can give yourself and others is appreciation...so slow down the pace of your life and pay attention. Look beyond the physical to the glue that enables the physical to manifest.

06- reality is 3D, 4D and higher

We are primarily focused on living in a 3D reality. The fourth dimension is time which is essentially an illusion. While our bodies are rooted in space and time, aspects of being are not localized - such as intuition and love. We interact with higher dimensions by using our consciousness to affect time and space in creative ways.
  • My body functions as a unit; all parts are simultaneously aware of what is going on within the body. A great analogy is a flock of birds moving in tight formation; they move in concert to the same information.
  • Each of us in some manner has experienced love, whether from a parent, a significant other, a sibling or a complete stranger. Love is an act of caring, whether for a moment or throughout a lifetime. This includes the passion expressed in work, home and play.
  • Intuition is a knowing without any physical evidence, something you feel in your gut or have an inspiration about. It may be a fleeting image or a repeating image.
  • Time spent in a natural setting is about connectedness to the air, scenery, sounds and earth. It invites rejuvenation.
  • Synchronicities or events that align to an intention are the normal function of the fabric of being. Observe those who live their passion.
In the words of Tom Kenyon, "The consensus in the scientific community among neurophysiologists and biochemists and people who who look at what goes on in the body in relationship to hypnotic states of consciousness, altered states is that when you go into one of these states deeply enough and it is a healing experience, regardless of whether it is real or not, there are noticeable measurable changes in your neurotransmitters, biochemicals, hormones, how your entire neurophysiology is responding".

So, whatever label you use for reality, body parts, function, effect or point-of-view, there are interrelationships on many levels that are measurable and unmeasurable. We exist in a soup fluctuating between individuality and oneness...coexisting as particle and wave.

What that tells me, as a corollary, is that there is a default setting when we enter into life. We move along with the wind, so-to-speak, or we can make conscious choices along the path we take. The most influential determinant of your life is your feelings. Ask yourself what makes a great performer, whether athlete, actor, dancer or speaker. It is their love, dedication, commitment and joy in every act; it is their passion!

Two questions I ask myself repeatedly are:
  • What is my passion in life?
  • What is my passion in this moment?
It is important to focus on a desired outcome so that the overall path takes you there, AND to live as joyfully as you can right now. There is a balance between the answers to these questions that invites change.
