Lee Carroll offers a circular list on "Connecting to the Quantum Self", in the presentation of the same name given on February 8, 2009 in Melbourne, Australia. A circular list is a soup of happenings that are interwoven. You connect with your quantum self when you:
- Allow the concept of belief. Programming has taken you away from the unseen as being real.
- Allow for emotion. Love, joy, laughter pass thru the veil untouched. Emotion clears the soul.
- Allow the concept of intuition.
- Imagine yourself larger than you are (spiritually). Think of yourself as a piece of God, influential on the Earth plane.
- Visualize yourself out of trouble. No drama, fears, phobias or health issues.
- Image yourself opening the door to home.
"There is no leaving. There is no arriving. In a dimension you call home, there is only being - a beautiful being - an existence out of time."
"Wake up; touch the divinity inside. Find God there. All things begin to balance to straighten out. For inside of you is perfection - a piece and a part that wants to be found - a piece and a part that wants to have symmetry - is actually a grid of existence, an energy and lattice inside that when activated starts to balance the very core of your soul - helps you to reach out through the door and touch the Creator you are. That's what we teach. Some will see it and some will not...."
Excerpts from the Lee Carroll presentation Connection to the Quantum Self.
Give others the gift of your awareness. Be cause....
Your smile to a passerby may be the only recognition they receive from others. You may be the one bright part of their day!
Making eye contact and saying hello is the God in you greeting the God in the other. Therefore, you are:
- Acknowledging yourself;
- Asserting your power;
- Demonstrating your belief in yourself (your self-worth);
- Sharing yourself (sharing the love that permeates all things).
You are the gift!
A smile is a gift of light to all who experience it. Imagine that everyone you meet makes solid eye contact, smiles and says/nods hello. This is a recipe for peace!
Awareness is the difference between passive existence (being at the effect of events) and joyful participation (creating your experience - being the cause of your experience). Find joy when you:
- Open doors for others whether or not they need assistance.
- Wave, smile or dance to acknowledge those around you.
- Send an email or post card to someone who has not contacted you for a while.
- Do something unexpected that will delight another.
- Give full attention to those who speak with you.
- Respond to others with integrity.
- Respond positively when asked, 'How are you?'
When an overfilled balloon bursts, the pieces fly in all directions. This is typical of the movement of thought, sound and feelings; the waves propagate in all directions in the ocean of beingness. Whatever you put out there is what you swim in. So, spread joy!
Inner balance delivers the outer experience. Here is a short list of books on eastern methods of self-balance.
- Workbook for Spiritual Development of All People, by Hua-Ching Ni, teacher of Natural Spiritual Truth. He is a model of spiritual achievement through self-cultivation. This book introduces meditation, postures, practices and a method of self-integration.
- Awaken Healing Energy Through the Tao, by Mantak Chia. This comprehensive text includes: opening the energy channels, proper wiring of the etheric body, acupuncture and microcosmic orbit, Taoist yoga and kundalini, and how to prevent side effects. This book aids in the development of a powerful energetic flow for physical, psychological and spiritual health and balance.
- The Power of Natural Healing, by Hua-Ching Ni. This book offers a clear presentation of Taoist teachings and simple practices that people of all ages can use to nurture themselves and the health and happiness of those around them.
- Chinese System of Food Cures, by Henry C. Lu. This book reveals a fascinating proven way of using the healing properties of foods by understanding their flavors, energies, actions and movements.
- The Inner Structure of Tai Chi, by Mantak Chia and Juan Li. Taoist adepts developed tai chi as both a martial art and a way to cultivate the physical body, energy body, and spirit body. Like all Taoist exercises, its main purpose is to form a connection to the basic energy that is the foundation of all life: chi. This book explores the deep, internal work necessary for the effective practice of tai chi.
This list reflects one path to greater human expression. It is for you to determine what practices resonate with your beliefs and desires. It is for you to motivate yourself, expand your awareness and emanate your joy!
There is a passion that you develop on your own, which only you know about, and which will guide you like a life's compass wherever you go. The prophet that so many ask for and look for is actually within you! The angel that's inside each of you is the one to follow. It's the most intuitive, the one who's written the only book for you. Those of you who want to follow a prophet and have a book to consult don't have to look any further than what's surging interdimensionally within your own life code. It's in there, it's yours, and we've told you this for 15 years.
Mastery is internal, and the masters you currently worship who walked the earth in past times had nothing more than you did, except a message that you continue to deny and misunderstand. They all told you the same thing in different words! Each told you that you were God! Each told you that you were sons and daughters of the universe, and each told you that you could have what they had if you looked for it and followed the divinity that was there.
When you approach these things and search with pure intent, you're going to get the answers that are appropriate - not only for your life, but for those around you and for the universe itself. Some of you have to make difficult decisions. There will come a day when you look backwards at this time and you will say, "It was correct, it was appropriate, even though it was difficult to do." So be guided - not by the words of men, but the thoughts, intuitions and spiritual compass you have inside.
Some have said, "I have trouble listening for these answers. Where are they? What do I have to do to get them?" It couldn't be simpler. Sit alone on the ground and know that you're not alone. Then say, "Dear God, tell me what it is I need to know." Do you believe that if you approach God with pure intent that the family will walk away? Why should it be difficult? Let us tell you this: The difficulty in finding your own spirituality is based on your disbelief that it exists! Your perception is your barrier to God. You ask for lists and procedures, yet you don't yet understand that love has no list! The power of God has no manual. It is that it is. Where's your breathing manual? Where's the manual that instructs your heart to beat? Think of your spiritual abilities as intuitive and automatic, just like these body functions that you never have to think about, but which you depend on for life itself. Master-hood is alive and active within you. Now claim it.
